Intelligent model processing
Precision printing of multi-material structural models
A highly integrated multi-material photocuring 3D printing platform featuring automatic resin vat exchange and automatic cleaning capabilities. It offers an optical resolution of 50 μm, a build area of 96 mm × 54 mm, and light intensity uniformity exceeding 90%. Equipped with a high-precision Z-axis motor, the system achieves layer thicknesses as fine as 5 μm. It utilizes a rapid-switching four-vat system to print complex 3D structures with four distinct materials, ensuring sharp, well-defined material interfaces and the ability to print materials with moduli spanning five orders of magnitude.

This multi-material hybrid printing system integrates two printing technologies and supports a vast range of materials. The DLP module offers an optical resolution of 50 microns and features an automatic four-vat exchange and cleaning system. A robotic arm powers the six-degree-of-freedom printing platform, enabling the effortless printing of curved, twisted, and overhanging structures. The DIW module utilizes a high-precision ball screw assembly with 1-micron positioning accuracy, allowing for conformal ink writing on complex surfaces created by the DLP process; compatible materials include silicone, PDMS, magnetic materials, and shape-memory polymers.

It features a printing resolution of 100 μm and a print area of up to 200 mm × 300 mm. Designed for magnetic inks, it is equipped with a radial ring magnet and a magnetic shield, enabling the programming of magnetization orientation prior to printing, making it suitable for magnetically driven structures.
